Stedman Bailey has been suspended four games for violating the league's substance abuse policy. This is not Bailey's first run in with the league's substance abuse policy, as he was also suspended in 2014, but had the ban reduced. Bailey hasn't been a DFS option at any point this year, with Tavon Austin being the only viable target among Rams pass-catchers. That will remain the case this week against the Bears defense, which has a number of holes in the secondary. Austin is not viable outside of large-field tournaments, but his big play ability allows him to occasionally post big games without a high volume of looks.
