Spurs expected starters: Parker, Green, Leonard, Aldridge, and Duncan on Sunday
The Spurs will return to their normal lineup after resting the last game of the season. Tony Parker should be considered a strong tournament option with his salary at punt levels. With the Spurs favored to win by 16.5 points, Patty Mills makes for a viable option off the bench. Manu Ginobili should also be able to exceed value off the bench with his salary sub-4k on both major sites.
Aldridge, Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, Leonard, and West all OUT for Spurs tonight
Boban time? He's certainly on the list of values as the Spurs are resting their key players tonight in the season finale. Kyle Anderson, Jonathan Simmons, Patty Mills, and Kevin Martin are also worth a look. But then again so is pretty much everyone in the league tonight if we're being honest.
Tim Duncan ruled out Sunday, David West will start
Tim Duncan (rest) won’t play Sunday against the Warrior’s. All the other starters for the Spurs are active for tonight. With Duncan resting, David West will start in his place. West is a GPP punt play only, you just never know about his minutes. West did finished with 40 FD points last game, but that was with most of the Spurs resting.
Spurs starters: Miller, Simmons, Anderson, West, and Duncan
With the Spurs resting four starters expect the Spurs to be a dart throw on Friday. Parker, Aldridge, Leonard, and Green will return on Sunday against the Warriors. The Nuggets are actually favored in this game making Simmons and Anderson the highest upside plays. If the game stays close both should play 28-32 minutes. Both Anderson and Simmons are minimum priced players across the industry and don't have much downside in this game. Miller, Duncan, and West all will not play over 25 minutes.
Spurs expected to start Parker, Green, Leonard, Aldridge, and Duncan against the Warriors
The Spurs are expected to start their normal five, the same they started in their victory on Tuesday against the Jazz. Boris Diaw did not travel with the team and will not travel to Denver for Friday's game.
No Spurs resting on Saturday against the Raptors
The Spurs are expected to start Tony Parker and Danny Green in the backcourt. Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Tim Duncan will round out the starting five. The Raptors and Spurs game has the lowest projected point total and highest projected spread. Aldridge's asking price has spiked considerably in the past month, not leaving a lot of room for upside.
Spurs starters: Parker, Green, Leonard, Aldridge, and Duncan on Wednesday
The Spurs will return to their normal starting five after a long weekend of resting. Aldridge should continue his dominance but is a risky option against the Pelicans. Tony Parker and Tim Duncan return to the lineup after sitting for two games. Parker has flashed 40 fpts upside recently but also has a terribly low floor. Parker should only be used in tournaments and avoided in cash games.
Kawhi Leonard questionable for Monday; LaMarcus Aldridge expected to play
LaMarcus Aldridge is expected to play on Monday after taking Saturday night off. Aldridge is an elite option in all formats against the injured Grizzlies. Kawhi Leonard has missed the past two games due to a thigh contusion. Look for an update regarding Leonard's status tomorrow. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili will continue to be out on Monday.
Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker all resting on Saturday and Monday; All three will be playing on Friday
The Spurs will not be resting Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker against the Grizzlies on Friday. With the Spurs playing again tomorrow, the Spurs Big 3 will be rested then. Additionally, they have been ruled out of Monday's rematch with the Grizzlies. All three players are viable punt options with the Spurs resting Kawhi Leonard, Boris Diaw, and Patty Mills.
Tim Duncan returns to the starting lineup on Monday
Tim Duncan did not start on Saturday against the Warriors but he will return as a starter against the Hornets. Duncan's asking price has been sinking all season and he is now considered a punt option. Duncan should only be used in tournaments due the fact that he has not played over 30 minutes in about a month. The Spurs will continue to conserve Duncan, keeping him fresh as possible for the playoffs. The Spurs are not projected to blow the Hornets out, so there is a chance Duncan plays 22-26 minutes.
