Tristan Jarry Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections
Boom Or Bust GPP Goalie
If you're looking for a high-risk, high-reward option in net tonight, Tristan Jarry is your guy. Filling in for the injured Matt Murray, Jarry has compiled a solid 11-5-2 to go along with a respectable .913 SV% this season. He'll have a fantastic opportunity to improve upon those numbers tonight against a struggling Flames team that has managed just three goals during a three game losing streak despite regularly outshooting their opponents during that span. In a game that should play at a very fast pace with Pittsburgh having an advantage at even strength and special teams, Jarry should see plenty of low percentage shots to easily pay off his manageable price tag at a lower than expected ownership percentage.
Top Goalie Tonight?
We have two very good options in goal tonight and I will have exposure to both, Tristan Jarry has done a very nice job filling in for the injured Matt Murray, and he finds himself in a great spot this evening. The Penguins will certainly allow their fair share of shots tonight, giving Jarry 30-plus save potential, as he cruises to an easy victory. If you are not sold on Jarry, I would roll with Connor Hellebuyck. The banged up Vancouver Canucks do not pose much of an offensive threat, and the Jets goaltender has been excellent on home ice. Hellebuyck may not see as many shots as Jarry, but he is a lock for the win, and there is shutout potential here.
