Jackson has a torn ACL and the Bucs have decided to place the veteran on the injured reserve. Adam Humphries is in line to pick up a bigger workload now as the number two receiver; both he and Jackson we're tied for second on the team with 31 targets each. Tight end Cameron Brate has been the only other relevant receiving option that isn't a running back, so he should get some extra work as well. Jameis Winston will likely rely on Mike Evans more than ever. Evans will continue to be a target monster, but will also draw even more attention from opposing defenses, making him matchup dependent. Fortunately for Evans, they play the 49ers in Week 7, a team that ranks dead last in DVOA against WR1s, according to Football Outsiders.

Apparently, the Tampa Bay WR injured his knee before the team had their bye week when they played the Carolina Panthers. He did not practice yesterday and his status for this week's game against the San Francisco 49ers is in doubt. Adam Humphries has already stepped up for the team this season and would figure to benefit even more with Jackson out. We'll keep you updated on VJax's status as the week progresses.

We previously talked about San Diego WR's Travis Benjamin and Tyrell Williams as value options at the WR position on DraftKings but where else can you look for salary relief at WR? Here are five names, all priced under $4,200 on DraftKings that are worthy of consideration for your lineups.

Vincent Jackson, $4000 - Jackson put up a dud last week but with Patrick Peterson likely in shadow coverage on Mike Evans, he's in line to see the ball in more favorable situations this week.

Terrelle Pryor, $3500 - we have no idea if Josh McCown will target Pryor like RGIII did but the upside is certainly there for Pryor in a match up against a Baltimore team that struggled against the pass last season. High risk and chance of putting up a dud though so limit your exposure.

Jeremy Kerley, $3000 - he'll probably be higher owned than he should after leading the 49ers in targets last week against the Rams but he's minimum priced and should get plenty of balls thrown his way in a Chip Kelly fast-paced (albeit bad) offense. TD upside is limited but volume isn't - a better cash game option than GPP play.

Tajae Sharpe, $4100 - this is a tough one as Sharpe is the clear #1 currently on the Titans. The problem is he's likely going to be shadowed by Darius Slay who is a tough cover CB. Like Kerley, his TD upside is limited and he's a better cash game option than GPP play.

Will Fuller, $4200 - of the five WRs listed in this alert, Fuller is probably the best option of the five. He has the upside of a Terrelle Pryor and gets the volume of a Sharpe/Kerley. Kansas City will likely spend more time focusing their best defenders on DeAndre Hopkins which should keep things open for Fuller.

When constructing your GPP rosters there are a couple of questions you should always keep in mind. One, can this player put up the kind of game that will win me a GPP. You're not looking for the boring 5 catch for 60 yards outing. While that 11 points might get you in the money and might be a great cash game play (if the price of the player is low enough), it's not the kind of game that will win you a GPP. You are looking for players who can give you the 4-5x or more outing. Players who can put up a 2 TD game.

The second question you need to ask you is how you can differentiate your roster from others, especially if you are going to use a highly owned player or two. With so many chalk options this week like Dak Prescott, Spencer Ware, and Marvin Jones, one of the ways you can do this is to find a similarly priced player with high upside to replace one of those chalk options. Vincent Jackson is just that type of player when looking for a pivot off of Marvin Jones. Yes he had an up and down season last year and is getting up there in years. He'll also likely square off against Desmond Trufant a good chunk of the game.

However, with projected low ownership (RG's Chris Gimino has him at 2.5% on DraftKings), a cheap price tag of $4,400, playing in a dome in a projected (47.5) high-scoring game, against a defense that was 22nd in pass DVOA last season, there's an awful lot to like about VJax this week. Despite receiving just 40% of the targets that Mike Evans had last season, Jackson had just one less red zone target (and not to mention he dropped the ball much less than the talented but inconsistent Evans). Jackson is the definition of a high-risk play but it's that kind of play that can win you all the money.

He hasn't played in a couple of weeks and now the team has officially ended their veteran WR's season by placing him on injured reserve. The Bucs have a tough match up against the Carolina Panthers this weekend which makes target monster Mike Evans (especially if Josh Norman covers him) nothing more than a GPP dart throw.

Initial reports out of Tampa Bay are that the knee injury Vincent Jackson suffered yesterday is not long-term. No word as to his availability yet for this weeks game but given his recent history with knee injuries, he's questionable at best to play in a tough match up this Thursday night against the St. Louis Rams. He's probably best avoided for DFS purposes even if he does suit up but his absence would mean more targets for Mike Evans who saw an inordinate amount of balls thrown his way when Jackson was out earlier this season.

The veteran Bucs WR is listed as questionable for Sunday's game but was very active in practice today which is a good sign he will be able to play. This can only help the value of Jameis Winston and doesn't impact Mike Evans much as he'll still be a target monster. Jackson is still probably best avoided for DFS purposes, at least until he has proven he can stay on the field.
