I think you have to give him a little credit. It was a terrible interview, he basically kept saying, well, I played those guys because I thought they gave me the best chance to win, and said it multiple different ways. But he could have just made something up – “His record on Tuesdays is just phenomenal”, or whatever.

Listening to all the non-answers was frustrating, but I completely understand why he wouldn’t want to share any of his 11 herbs and spices with the chicken-buying audience.

They need to limit the entries…nuff said.

The guy is a monster. Plain and simple. I think we all wish we were at his level. Gives any serious players a ceiling to shoot for. If he’s playing within the rules set by the website then by all means its okay to take advantage of any edge he can get.

People should be able to have as many entries as they want, and whatever method used to create the lineups is fine. But to me using some kind of software to submit the lineups to the dfs sites should be against the rules.

I play and beat him all the time, the key is to play 1 lineup contests

  • mudskuffs

well he plays ALL the GPP’s with any kind of big payout so you will have to be content in the dollar entry tournys that pay $250 for 1st as opposed to $100,000!!

“The high-volume players are a self-selecting lot, based on skill level. Yes, they win more than others, because the ones who lose don’t get to be high-volume players for long.

“If the rest of us invested half the time some of us invest in justifying our jealousy, and instead looked at how we can get better, our time would be much better spent.”

Amen, brother. The shallowness, jealousy, and pettiness of some people never cease to amaze me.

  • faithhealer

I have no problem with people using scripts but this interview was painful to listen to.

  • Houseman

I really believe the single entry contests are not really that. Take someone like Max who likely has a large team working for him. Utilizing those folks all with different names he could easily enter single-entry games many, many different times with different lineups.

  • Houseman

Red….good thinking but do you really know when you are competing against him. I don’t think single entry games are really single entry games. If I have enough money I could pay 100 people or so to get individual accounts with FanDuel. Provide them with a multitude of lineups and the money to enter. Sud keeps a large percentage of the winnings and the other teammates keep a share.
