It should be noted that the Hornets are currently in trade talks with the Grizzlies and could trade for Gasol prior to the game. The assets which will be traded away are currently not known, but it could have an effect on the spread if it happens during the day.

Charlotte Has been an above average team at covering the over this season going 28-24-1 which ranks 8th in the NBA. While Charlotte has been average at covering the over at home, they own a 14-10-1 record on the road. Additionally, they are slightly above average on back to back this year going 5-4.
