Pitchers
- Home I think we can expect some fireworks in this one. Mike Pelfrey got crushed in his last start and now gets to face the likes of Pujols, Trout, Hamilton, and Trumbo. No thanks.
- Away Jason Vargas is a pretty good pitcher, but a lot of his stats were a bit misleading as he got to pitch in Seattle for a couple of years. I like to stay away from him on the road.
Batters
- Home Sleeper Alert of the day: Trevor Plouffe. This guy crushes lefties and hits for power. He may be a little pricey today, but I think he will go overlooked and is a great pick.
- Away Everyone on the Angels is in play today. I like Pujols, Hamilton, Trout, Bourjos, and Kendrick. Don’t be shy about taking hitters in this one.

Pitchers
*If this game ends up getting played, stay away from the pitchers. Both Aaron Laffey and Jeff Francis are bad options.
Batters
- Home Load up on the hitters in this one. You have to love Troy Tulowitzki at home against a lefty and you have to love the rest of the team too.
- Away For the Mets, David Wright, John Buck, and Daniel Murphy are all in play against Francis.

Pitchers
- Home You have to love A.J. Griffin in this one. He is a huge favorite, he is pitching at home, and has a great matchup against a team that strikes out a lot.
- Away Brad Peacock is a big underdog on the road. With so many options today, don’t waste your time here.
Batters
- Home Jed Lowrie is on fire right now and is definitely worth playing if you can afford him. I also like Coco Crisp, he is not only a good cereal, but should be a good play too.
- Away I’m not loving any of the Astros bats today, I think Griffin has a strong game.

Pitchers
- Home Not many better options today than Chris Capuano. He is pitching at home against the Padres. There are a lot of options for pitching today, but I think he is in the top 3 or so.
- Away Jason Marquis on the other hand isn’t my favorite pick today. Doesn’t get a lot of strikeouts and is likely going to get a loss.
Batters
- Home Can Matt Kemp finally get going? I wouldn’t put money on it as he is only 3/20 against Marquis in his career. I do like both Carl Crawford and Adrian Gonzalez though.
- Away Just pretend that the Padres hitters aren’t even available today.

Las Vegas
- OU 7.0
- Detroit -146
Pitchers
- Home Aaron Harang hasn’t pitched since last season and draws a really tough first start against the Tigers. I am going to wait a game or two and see how he looks.
- Away Doug Fister is a great play tonight against the Mariners. He is a high strikeout pitcher that has good success against the Mariners in the past.
Batters
- Home Don’t overthink this one, steer clear of the Mariners.
- Away The Tigers should score some runs tonight, Miguel Cabrera, Prince Fielder, and Austin Jackson are all in play.
