Who is in store for big Monday Night Football performances? NFL betting analyst Nick Galaida has already scoped out Rams vs. 49ers odds, and now he’s ready to add a quartet of Rams-49ers player props to tonight’s card!

Concluding NFL Week 10, the San Francisco 49ers will play host to the Los Angeles Rams at Levi’s Stadium. A busy week in the Rams’ front office has opened some prop betting opportunities at online sportsbooks. Here’s how I expect things to shake out on Monday Night Football for Matthew Stafford, Darrell Henderson, Jimmy Garoppolo, and Van Jefferson.

Rams vs. 49ers Player Props

Matthew Stafford o281.5 passing yards (-110)

In his first season with the Rams, Matthew Stafford has been one of the best quarterbacks in the entire NFL. Entering Week 10, he has a sterling 23-to-6 touchdown-to-interception ratio and leads the league with a 69.8 QBR. On Monday Night Football, Stafford has an extremely favorable matchup against a San Francisco secondary unit that has allowed opposing signal callers to throw for 12 touchdowns against only two interceptions—good for a 101.9 passer rating. In nine games this fall, Stafford has thrown for 278 yards or more eight times. Bettors should expect Stafford to have an excellent showing tonight. Take the over in this spot.

Darrell Henderson o67.5 rushing yards (-110)

San Francisco is poor in pass defense, but they are also worse than league average against the run. The 49ers are allowing 4.4 yards-per-carry this season to their opponents. Darrell Henderson has averaged 4.1 yards-per-carry or better in six of the eight games that he has played in 2021. Running behind one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, Henderson has totaled 70 rushing yards or more on five occasions this season. He is equipped to have another strong performance against a weak San Francisco defensive line this evening.

Jimmy Garoppolo u1.5 passing touchdowns (-133)

In his last nine games played, Jimmy Garoppolo has thrown for multiple touchdowns only twice—once against the Green Bay Packers in a shootout on Sunday Night Football earlier this year, and last week against the Arizona Cardinals in a game that San Francisco trailed by multiple touchdowns for the majority of the afternoon. The Rams have allowed the fifth-lowest passer rating of any team in the NFL this season. Opposing quarterbacks have thrown for only 10 touchdowns against 12 interceptions in nine games against Los Angeles this fall. Per Pro Football Focus, Garoppolo has graded as the 27th best quarterback in the NFL in 2021. Bettors would be wise to take advantage of this prop, even having to pay for the heavy line.

Van Jefferson – Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+250)

Odell Beckham’s decision to join the Los Angeles Rams has dominated the news cycle this week in the NFL. Yet, bettors should not allow themselves to be overzealous in anticipation of Beckham’s debut with his new team. After only practicing once this week, it is unlikely that Head Coach Sean McVay sends Beckham to the field for more than 40 percent of the team’s offensive snaps this evening. Instead, bettors should turn their attention to Van Jefferson in this one as a value play. Jefferson has scored a touchdown in three of the Rams’ nine games this season. He has seen at least six targets in five of his last seven contests, and that was with Robert Woods on the field. As the number two option in the offense tonight, Jefferson could be worth a small wager to find pay dirt. Cooper Kupp cannot catch every pass that Stafford throws. As a second scoring option on a team likely to be in scoring range quite often tonight, Jefferson is worth a roll of the dice here.
