Bills vs. Dolphins NFL Player Props for SNF
- Tua Tagovailoa UNDER 23.5 Completions
- James Cook OVER 14.5 Rush Attempts
- Gabe Davis OVER 36.5 Receiving Yards
Tua Tagovailoa UNDER 23.5 Completions (-108), FanDuel
Tua Tagovailoa has posted 23 completions or fewer in 11 of 16 games this fall, making this number slightly perplexing heading into Week 18. Tagovailoa will be without two starting offensive lineman this evening against the Bills, which further complicates matters for him against a Buffalo defense that has been trending up during the last month of action. Since starting C Connor Williams last played a full allotment of snaps in Week 13, Tagovailoa has only eclipsed this market number in 1 game, having 24 completions against the Cowboys. Buffalo has allowed only 1 of the last 6 quarterbacks they have faced to have more than 23 completions, making this a worthwhile risk on the under.
James Cook OVER 14.5 Rush Attempts (-115), DraftKings
James Cook has transitioned into a bell cow for the Bills during the second half of the regular season, with at least 16 carries in five of his last six contests. Buffalo has made a concerted effort to get the ground game going in recent weeks, and it has helped their offense dominate the time of possession. The Dolphins will be without Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips on Sunday – two of their better run defenders. Cook should be heavily involved in the offense this evening.
Gabe Davis OVER 36.5 Receiving Yards (-115), BetMGM
Gabe Davis is the ultimate “boom or bust” player, evidenced by four games with 87+ receiving yards this season and another four games with 6 receiving yards or fewer. On Sunday Night Football, Davis could be in for another spike performance, facing a Miami defense that is dealing with an abundance of injuries. Miami has been close to the league average defending secondary wide receivers this fall, ranking 15th in DVOA. Davis could have a field day against Eli Apple in this spot if he is able to connect with Josh Allen on a few deep balls.
