Browns vs. Broncos – NFL Player Props
- Courtland Sutton Over/Under 67.5 Receiving Yards
- Javonte Williams Over/Under 2.5 Receptions
- Bo Nix Over/Under 35.5 Yards Longest Completion
Courtland Sutton OVER 67.5 Receiving Yards (-110, Bet365)
Courtland Sutton is one of the most talented wide receivers in the entire NFL, and he’s finally getting to show off his skills on a more consistent basis in 2024 with better quarterback play on his team. Entering play, Sutton has eclipsed this market number in 5 consecutive games and has had at least 8 targets in each of those contests. He is unambiguously Denver’s top option in the passing game, making him one of the more consistent weekly producers at his position. This is good value in what should be a good matchup for him, facing a Cleveland defense that has been vulnerable to big plays all season.
Javonte Williams UNDER 2.5 Receptions (-104, FanDuel)
Javonte Williams has started to lose a grip on his role in Denver’s backfield. Entering play on Monday, he has received 9 carries or fewer in 3 consecutive games. He has still maintained a role in the team’s passing game, but even that has only led to more than 2 receptions once in his last 4 contests. Denver, listed as a touchdown favorite this evening, could find themselves playing from in front tonight, which would not be a conducive game script for a lot of short passes to the running back position. At these odds, the under makes sense.
Bo Nix OVER 35.5 Yards Longest Completion (-110, DraftKings)
Cleveland’s defense has been relatively stout on a down-to-down basis in recent weeks, ranking 9th in success rate since Jameis Winston took over as the team’s starting quarterback. The larger issue has been their inability to limit big plays. During that same stretch, the Browns’ defense ranks 26th in EPA/play. Overall in 2024, only the Saints, Ravens, and Jaguars have allowed more explosive passing plays than the Browns, and only 4 teams have allowed more completions to go for 40+ yards. Bo Nix has at least 1 completion for 34+ yards in each of his last 5 games. This is good value on Monday Night Football.
