Top CFB DFS Picks & Fantasy Pick’em Plays for Week 12
Riley Leonard: Notre Dame is going to want to keep their foot on the gas pedal for all of their remaining games to bolster their playoff résumé, and they certainly can’t afford another loss after losing to Northern Illinois earlier in the season. Leonard is a true dual-threat quarterback and has a rushing touchdown in all but 1 game this season, to go along with 609 yards on the ground. Notre Dame is projected for over 35 points against a weak Virginia defense, and Leonard is arguably the top overall quarterback on the DFS slate.
Kaytron Allen: Nicholas Singleton has been banged up for Penn State, and Allen has picked up more of the rushing slack in recent weeks. He has also had a string of tough matchups, as Penn State has faced Wisconsin, Ohio State, and Washington over the last 3 games. Allen is coming off a 20/98/1 rushing performance last weekend, and he should continue to get the majority of the carries, as this week provides Penn State an opportunity to give Singleton a bit of a rest. The Nittany Lions are massive favorites over Big Ten bottom feeder Purdue, and I love Allen as a point-per-dollar play in Week 12.
Elic Ayomanor: Stanford is not a good football team, but the good news is that they always find themselves trailing in games. That provides some opportunity for the passing attack, particularly in the usual garbage time by the 4th quarter. Ayomanor is their clear top option offensively, and he has gone for 11/96/0 and 4/108/1 in the last 2 games. Despite a tough matchup, he’s a fine DFS value.
