Commanders vs. Bengals – NFL Player Props
- Joe Burrow Over/Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns
- Brian Robinson Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
- Jayden Daniels Over/Under 0.5 Touchdowns
Joe Burrow OVER 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-159, Bally)
Joe Burrow has a dream matchup tonight facing a Washington defense that has been shredded by opposing quarterbacks to begin 2024. Baker Mayfield led all quarterbacks in EPA/play in Week 1 hosting the Commanders. Daniel Jones ranked dead last in EPA/play in Week 1 but finished 5th best in EPA/play in Week 2 playing Washington on the road. Burrow will get Tee Higgins back on the field tonight, which should only help this group around the goal line. Burrow has thrown multiple touchdown passes in 13 of his last 19 home games. He should have a good chance to continue that strong trend on Monday Night Football.
Brian Robinson OVER 0.5 Touchdowns (+185, FanDuel)
Cincinnati’s run defense has been abysmal to begin 2024, ranking 25th in EPA/play and 28th in success rate through two weeks of action. Tonight, their defensive front is once again dealing with injuries to a few key players, which figures to leave them vulnerable on the ground against Brian Robinson and Washington’s ground game. Robinson has received 8 of Washington’s 13 red zone carries that have gone to running backs and the only goal line carry that Jayden Daniels didn’t take for himself. This is great value for Robinson to find pay dirt in prime time.
Jayden Daniels OVER 0.5 Touchdowns (+155, FanDuel)
Jayden Daniels is likely going to have a good chance to find the end zone on a weekly basis in the NFL if he keeps running at such a high rate. Through two weeks, he leads Washington in red zone rushing attempts and goal line carries. Only Jalen Hurts has more red zone attempts among quarterbacks, and no signal caller has more attempts on the goal line. Cincinnati allowed 32 rushing yards to the not exactly mobile Jacoby Brissett in Week 1 and 29 rushing yards to Patrick Mahomes in Week 2. Daniels could find some room to run this evening, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him call his own number near the goal line.
