DFS Report: NBA Live Finals Qualifiers: March 10th/11th
The Live Final qualifiers continue to roll in as both DraftKings and FanDuel look towards their big events later this month. We had five more outright seat winners and two ties where players will have to duke it out with another player heads up to earn that coveted seat.
It was a huge night for some of RotoGrinders own last night. Dan Back, aka db730, host of the Daily Fantasy Fix, took down a live final seat on DraftKings. GrindersLive host and analyst Jeff Collins, aka JeffelJefe did the same on FanDuel. That is Jeff’s second seat into that event. There were some big names duking it out at the top of the leaderboards with live final guru, Rotomania, winning another seat and reigning TPOY ehafner tying for one of the spots. Blitzology, tinkytyler, and underjones were also among the group sitting at the top. Here’s a look at the winning lineups for the last two nights…
DraftKings 2016 FBWC Qualifier #80
unclerico778 and PozzaNotPizza tied for first with identical lineups edging out bbilot by just one point. Their lineup contained six players scoring over 40 points with the remaining two putting up 30+ for a very impressive final score of 347.75.

RotoGrinders’ very own db730 rode three players from the Memphis Grizzlies and two from the Minnesota Timberwolves to put up a huge 382.75 score that would top a field of 12,388. Matt Barnes (65.25) and Lance Stephenson (53.75) were the big stars of the night and when Robin Lopez puts up identical points as Stephen Curry (49.75), you know you’re going to have a good night. Underjones took second to db730 on the aforementioned qualifier but he’d find some solace in this event as he would emerge the winner with a lineup containing Barnes and Stephenson as well as a big night from Jrue Holiday.
FanDuel WFFC Live Final Qualifier #62
If you follow live finals much one name that is consistently at the top is rotomania and he would earn his first WFFC seat on Thursday night to go along with his three seats for DraftKings’ live final.

Chances are on a four-game slate that there will be some lineup overlap and that’s precisely what happened between ehafner and tinkytyler as the two put up identical 353.90 scores. They’ll duke it out to see in a heads up match to see who gets the honor of going to the live final.

GrindersLive host JeffelJefe is no stranger to success in DFS and he’s been a man on a mission of late, winning multiple live final seats in numerous sports. He added another one last night despite having to deal with Vince Carter getting pulled due to an injury with a lineup containing Barnes, Stephenson, Holiday, as well as excellent nights from Goran Dragic and JaMychal Green.

Blitzology only had the Lance Stephenson part of the Memphis goodness but he managed to overcome that with a huge 56.4 fpt outing from Jared Sullinger to help lead him to victory.
