DFS Tournament Report: Live Finals Qualifiers Review for Weeks 1 and 2

There has been tons of action over the first two weeks of the season and some of the best in DFS have been battling it out trying to find a spot at a prestigious live final. The list of winners is led by Al_Smizzle who decided a couple of trips were in store in addition to winning a million dollars. We also had a sighting from Condia who took down two seats in the DraftKings FFWC. Here’s a quick review:

DraftKings Fantasy Football World Championship (FFWC)

The live final with the biggest prize pool has attracted some of the biggest names in DFS and many of them found success the first two weeks. In addition to the aforementioned Al_Smizzle and Condia, the likes of BrandonAdams, JL003, pwnasaurus, SaahilSud, and underjones would win seats. The best performance, however, went to Haffeyjr5 who took down an impressive three seats with a nearly 200 point lineup behind the big Sunday night outing from Stefon Diggs. We’ve included his lineup here for you to see what it takes to take one of these down. Here’s a look at all who have won seats thus far:

DraftKings King of the Beach Atlantis (KOTB)

The King of the Beach Atlantis is a unique event that will eventually see 50 people taking a trip down to the Bahamas and the Atlantis Resort. Until November 13th, DraftKings will be running weekly qualifiers for their online Round 1 event. Players may qualify up to five times and the 180 that do make it to Round 1 will battle it out on November 20th. The top 50 from that event will go to the live final two weeks later in the Bahamas. RotoGrinders.com’s own beermakersfan and headchopper have both advanced to Round 1. Here’s a look at the list of Round 1 qualifiers thus far and beermakersfan’s winning lineup.

FanDuel’s big live final has seen some of the best already take down seats including bigpapagates, condia, ms_baseball, and DFS legend rayofhope who topped all players with 3 seats won. FanDuel sent out an e-mail late last night that stated the following:
