I’m surprised you don’t have Casspi as a core play. In 6 of the 8 games Draymond missed he played 25+, averages 0.92/min and 1.00 without curry/draymond. In the same spot vs LAL, without Curry/Draymond he hit for 34 DK pts off the bench.

Thats the same question I was going to ask, does Casspi start for Dray tonight? Also Zaza flashed his upside the other day, do you think they just let him play minutes into the 20s? Im locking in Iggy if Klay sits, and am curios about Jordan Bell, this is his type of game enviroment tonight, Im thinkin a GS/LAL stack can take you a long way tonight

meansy…what am I doing wrong? played your core plays these last two weeks and have been bleeding money what is the strategy to get guys after the core plays? I’ve literally tried everything – big tourney’s small tourney’s gpp, double ups…I’m just confused especially after hearing on crunch time on Monday that peeps are cashing hard with your advice…

  • Arlowe84

Meansy, my streak ended last nite despite Nance/Lopez (ouch). Sometimes I find I just need to have more trust in my research. My research graded Satoransky as one of the top plays last nite. At home, good defensive matchup, 2 good team in a game that would stay close, minutes extremely safe, yet none of the experts even mentioned him in the rankings. I trusted my research and he paid off in a bid way hitting 8x. Still crazy I lost Nance which is the 3rd time in the last 1.5 weeks I’ve lost a cash player to injury. Thankfully last nite didn’t matter, due to my other plays.

If Horford is out and Theis out, lordy, Bos probably has 4 guys has lock and loads? I know Was is a good defensive team, but seem Bos will have trouble putting bodies out there tonite?

The key to winning is the right values, last night it was brewer and the Cleveland cheapies Green and Korver, if you dont connect on value you will find yourself very far behind the field. He is 100% right on core guys KD and Rozier tonight, but if you dont know where to go after that the pros are gonna eat your money up, look for high scoring games i.e the LAL/GS game tonight. And find value in those games. I LOVE iggy tonight with Steph and Dray off the floor, he will have 5+ assists on top of his pts and reb and defensive stats, Also love the cheap plays for MIA against SAC tonight ( James J and Bam and Tyler J ), now with BOS losing Thies that already opened up more minutes for Baynes and Monroe, IF Horford doesnt play Monroe will destroy his price tag, Its injuries that produce minutes within rotations, high scoring games and knowing the right studs, sometimes it can be frustrating, but with the right methods mostly profitable

I’d be careful with Monroe, they have been hesitant to play him more than 16-20 minutes due to him being a liability on defense. I think it’s more likely they spread out the minutes to low usage guys like Ojeyle and Nadar, with a sprinkle of Yabusele.

Completely agree on Iggy, he had 29, 20.75, 24 and 29 DK points in the 4 games without Curry/Draymond.

Short answer, DFS is hard. Longer answer is the key is coming up with a consistent process and play games that your style fits. If you’re losing consistently you have to be honest with yourself and reevaluate everything you are doing.

He is on my radar for now, but I want to see what news comes out of GSW shootaround first before I take too big of a stand.

It all comes down to how they want to guard Randle. Casspi at the three with Durant at the four lineups have worked before in this situation, but I don’t think they want either of those guys guarding Randle for a good chunk of the game.

If we think those minutes creep up into the 20’s, I completely agree with you that he is a lock and load in cash games.

Their frontcourt is really hard to predict, so I am not too crazy about any of them in cash games (McGee and are the closest). I think I am much more likely to take shots on Casspi and Cook, but again, TBD for now until we see what info we can get out of them.

It is tough for me to say without seeing what the rest of your lineup(s) look like. One thing I will say is that you shouldn’t put TOO much stock into only a few weeks worth. I am cold over the last week myself!

If Horford is out, I am for sure locking in Baynes assuming he starts. Don’t think I can quite say that with Monroe though because I’m not sure how much they want to extend his minutes.

Nice call on Sato last night!

Should we put any stock into what Brandon Jennings did the other night? Jason Terry was playing close to 25 mins a night for them before Jennings arrived, if Jennings is gonna play 25 mins tonight against Orlando I think Id sign up? Also seems like with everybody targeting LAL/GS and Rozier that the MIL guards may go overlooked some tonight? Both should have fine games though

Agreed. Meansy, would love to hear your opinion on Jennings and Middleton actually since he is priced up.

Thanks for getting your content out so early consistently.

Meansy, Now that Horford is out, I believe Marcus Morris is pretty safe tonight, he should play 32+ mins with an upside of even 38 in this one, his twin brother is on the other side ( whom I also like ) and with him being the veteran and ownership likely to lean towards Tatum is the better play, I also believe he will take more shot attempts than Tatum, Him and Rozier should lead team in attempts tonight

  • YAPPYKAPPY

Agreed. Plus sometimes you go on losing streaks. Not all players pan out all the time. We’ve all had those games where injuries, blowouts, and strange coaching decisions give your players lousy minutes. Hang in their… with losing streaks come winning streaks. Also try lowering bankroll till good times strike again.

  • rroopinsurance

No Klay either tonight. who is gonna play guard? Is Nick Young going to start against his former lakers squad? I see Cook, Young, Casspi, KD, and Mcgee as starters with Zaza, Livingston , J Bell, Iggy off the bench. The whole key to tonight is figuring the BOS and GS rotations, would you please tell us how you see those rotations tonight?

  • Arlowe84

I have softened on this Baynes stance with some more GSW value opening up, FYI.

We only have that one game to go on with Jennings so I honestly have no idea what will happen. If you think he did enough to earn more minutes and will see that level again, he looks great. If he is only there for backup PG minutes and saw them high last game because of Bledsoe foul trouble, then he is a terrible play if the minutes are in the teens.

I truly have no idea. I think it is unnecessary on this slate for cash games, but I would be loading up in tournaments.

Yeah Marcus is fine for cash…my build looks very studs and duds though which might have him on the outside looking in. Considering him as a last piece though.
