Hurricane Sandy was the largest Atlantic hurricane on record. Sandy not only hit Northeast America, but also devastated Jamaica, Cuba, the Bahamas, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico taking the lives of 185 in the process and causing upwards of $20 Billion in damage.
