Divisional rivalries are always a bit tougher to predict the outcome of due to familiarity. But I feel confident in picking the Jets’ moneyline of -250 against the +200-priced Patriots. I think the Patriots are well-coached and should still play well defensively despite some key injuries, but I don’t trust their offense to score many points.
In addition to the Patriots offense being a concern, I want to see someone besides Garrett Wilson or Breece Hall step up to assist Aaron Rodgers. Christian Gonzales is an excellent cornerback who could blanket Wilson. Because of these factors, I also like under 38.5 points in this game.
A two-leg parlay of the Jets’ moneyline and under 38.5 combined points has +167 odds. One final leg I’ll add to this parlay is an anytime touchdown score for Rhamondre Stevenson. That boosts this parlay to +448 odds.
Stevenson is one of the most talented players on the Patriots and has received a high amount of usage thus far. Unless the Jets’ 24th-ranked run defense tightens up, this will be an area the Patriots can exploit.
