THE CORE
1) Andre Drummond, C, Detroit Pistons – $8,800
Due to the huge blowout win against the Suns on Wednesday, Drummond’s minutes and fantasy production were down. That is good news for us tonight because it has resulted in a $600 decrease on FanDuel. That makes him a tad too cheap in my opinion and the rare instance where I want to immediately lock in a center in my cash game lineup.
After that blowout risk came to fruition on Wednesday, it doesn’t appear we need to worry about that tonight with Detroit only -1.5 on the road against the Wizards. Considering Drummond has been around 1.3 FanDuel points per minute this season, each additional minute is a big deal. He is averaging 33 minutes on the season, and we have seen him get up to the high 30’s on multiple occasions in tight games.
