Friday, April 26th

Happy Friday! We’ve got a loaded 15-game slate tonight, with the weather taking center stage on the East Coast. There is rain in the forecast in Washington, Philadelphia, Boston and New York, and two of those games feature the two best pitchers on the slate. I’m going to go through the analysis as if all these games will play, but at this time in the morning, I am building my initial lineups as if pitchers will not be useable in Boston, New York and Philly, which would leave Jacob deGrom and Charlie Morton off the list. If that is the way things turn out, the good news is those were the two more difficult matchups for the top pitchers, so those would be the ones to lose, while hopefully Washington will clear up for Max.
