Is your lineup Premium Approved? In this space, either CheeseIsGood or STLCardinals84 will break down the slate from top-to-bottom like no one else in the industry can – exploring the matchups from every angle, steering you toward the best plays on the day, and helping you become a better and more complete DFS player as you continually expose yourself to the “process” and the “why,” rather than just looking at the “what.” Have a boat? This is one of the most difficult slates we’ve had this season. There are two elite high end pitchers and then a huge gap to an overpriced mid-tier and extremely risky cheaper options. For the hitters, it looks like a can’t miss Coors Field game, but with the salaries to match. There are very few stand out value bats at any position on any site, so we’re left to choose between taking a huge risk by fading the ace pitchers, or another huge risk by fading the Coors Field game or at least some of the other expensive bats in good situations. I’ll do the usual breakdown, but at least in cash games, a lot of this is going to come down to hoping we find some unexpected values as lineups are released.
