We’ve got a split slate today. The Main Slate is seven games beginning at 7:10 ET, and that’s what I’ll focus on. But, first let’s take a look at the early slate which contains six games on DraftKings and FantasyDraft beginning at 1:10 ET, and four games on FanDuel, starting with the 12:35am start. This makes things a bit of a mess to break down the early slates, with different sets of games. So, I’ll tackle each slate separately with an overall view.
FanDuel 12:35am 4-Game Early Slate
The pitching is sparse on this slate, and it looks like Tampa is the first place to go, where Cole Hamels and Jacob Faria square off. Hamels is getting hit hard so far this season with a 39% HH rate leading to seven home runs allowed in four starts. But on the plus side, his strikeouts have jumped back up, after they fell to just 17.1% in 2017.
