Pitchers
- Home This game opened at ATL -205 so clearly the sharps have found some value in the Blue Jays tonight. That said, I still think that Kris Medlen has a good shot to get a win tonight. His numbers at home have been very good: 2.08 ERA, 1.192 WHIP, and a K rate of 7 batters per 9 innings. In Play
- Away Esmil Rogers is not a guy that you want on your team. Big underdog, big ERA, big potential to blow up and only make it a couple of innings. If the Jays win this game, it will be from their offense, not the arm of Rogers. Avoid
Batters
- Home Rogers has been awful on the road this season which really put the Braves in a good spot tonight. They have so many good bats that it’s hard to pick out only one or two, but Freddie Freeman looks to be in a good spot, he has 9 hits in his last 4 games and feasts on right hand pitching.
- Away Tough matchup for the Jays today. The low over/under doesn’t have me rushing to pick any of their bats and I think that Bautista and Encarnacion are both overpriced for their matchup.

Pitchers
- Home Tom Koehler has pitched pretty well this season and though the sample size is small, he has really pitched well at home. I’m still not going to roster him against this Rays offense, but I could see him pitching a decent game. Avoid
- Away I keep getting burned by these Marlins. They have really played well against these average pitchers over the last few games. They get to face another average pitcher tonight in Roberto Hernandez. I still think there is value here, but with the Marlins playing better offensively, I certainly don’t think he is a must play. In Play
Batters
- Home Don’t look now but the Marlins are on a roll. Marcell Ozuna and Justin Ruggiano are leading the charge and if you don’t believe in Hernandez, today is a good day to take a shot on a couple of Marlins bats.
- Away Nothing about this game screams fantasy goldmine. Not a great or bad matchup for the Rays bats. I think I am going to find other options unless I can find some really good value here.

Pitchers
- Home Justin Grimm has been solid at home this season posting a 2.79 ERA while striking out 9 per 9 innings. Not bad for a rookie. I think that the D-Backs will score a few runs tonight, but if he is cheap and can keep his strikeout numbers up, then he could be a nice value play. In Play
- Away Brandon McCarthy has started to pick it up lately with only 1 earned run total in his last 3 starts. Hard for me to see him continue that trend in Arlinton though. Avoid
Batters
- Home Finally a game that should feature some offense! Adrian Beltre has had some great numbers against McCarthy in the past going 13/31 with 2 HR’s and 3 doubles. Mitch Moreland does as well going 6/15 with 2 HR’s. I think the Rangers have a nice day and hit a couple of bombs.
- Away Vegas like the D-Backs to score some runs in this one. Paul Goldschmidt is the guy to target here if his price isn’t too high. I also like the young Didi Gregorious, he has some speed and some pop and is good against right hand pitching.

Pitchers
- Home Samuel Deduno did not look great in his first start, but not many pitchers look great pitching to the Tigers in Detroit. I think he settles down a bit and pitches better, but he is still Samuel Deduno. Avoid
- Away Marco Estrada has had two excellent starts in his last three, but they both came against the Pirates. This Twins team is a tough team to get outs against and I am going to wait on taking Estrada until he proves he can pitch well against some of the better offensive teams. Avoid
Batters
- Home Over/Under seems a bit low to me. I like both offenses to put up runs tonight. Joe Mauer has been swinging the bat well, Josh Willingham seems to have found his swing, and Brian Dozier has been a solid leadoff man the past couple nights.
- Away The Brewers are a much better team offensively with Braun back in the lineup. Just look how stacked their lineup 1-6 is, they should easily put up 5 runs against Deduno and the Twins tonight.

Pitchers
- Home Lance Lynn has been a stud so far at home this season and I fully expect that to continue tonight against the Royals. He should get plenty of run support and pick up the win. Target
- Away Luis Mendoza can be ignored for our purposes, at least when you are picking your pitchers. He is a great guy to take hitters against though. Avoid
Batters
- Home Load up on the Cardinals bats tonight and don’t be shy. I have a feeling this game is going to be in the 7-1 range when it is over. Matt Carpenter and Matt Holliday are my favorite picks.
- Away Ignore those BvP numbers, Lynn is solid at home and K’s plenty of batters. Avoid
