MLB DFS Lineup Advice Today
Friday night sees every major league team in play, but with the three earliest games cut off the main slate on both sites, we have a 12-game main slate starting at 7:05 PM ET. With so many good offenses on the slate, we’ll have some decisions to make, and the range of pitchers is as tight as I’ve ever seen it, with no standout aces on the board. Let’s sort through the slate and figure out what to do with our DFS lineups.
Top MLB DFS Picks for DraftKings & FanDuel
Top Stacks
Overall Stack: Kansas City Royals
Implied Run Total: 4.25 (7th)
Projected Total Ownership: 49% (FD) / 57% (DK)

One good thing about such a big slate is that ownership isn’t likely to get too heavy on any team. Texas seems like the most likely team to draw ownership, so my top stack, all things considered, is Kansas City. Griffin Canning has just a 16.8% K% on the season, and he has allowed 6 HRs and 26 ERs in 35 innings over his first 7 starts. MLB park factors show Angel Stadium as giving the 4th-biggest boost for HRs, and the Royals have the power in their lineup to take advantage.
Bobby Witt leads the way with a .361 wOBA against RHP since the start of last season, and Salvador Perez (.334 wOBA) and Vinnie Pasquantino (.341 wOBA) aren’t too far behind. The Royals have potential for stolen bases as well, ranking 5th in the league with 42 SBs this season.
