MLB DFS Multi Entry Strategy: Friday, May 10th

MLB DFS tournament play is unlike that of any other sport. Predicting outcomes with precision is difficult, and player variance is near its peak. There are special considerations when constructing lineups in order for you to find success in the long term. Each weekday, our DFS analysts will examine a specific tournament format and help you understand the application of strategy, via concepts such as pitcher pairings, roster construction, stacking, leverage, ownership, variance, and more.

Pitching Texture

We have SOOO many pitching options on this monster slate and I want to touch on as many of them as I can so I’m going to keep it as short and sweet as possible on each.

Justin Verlander – Current ownership projection of 25% DK/14% FD. My preferred cash option but am unlikely to be heavy on JV in tournaments.

Tyler Glasnow – My favorite alternative to Verlander. Current ownership projection of 5% DK/3% FD. Love him at those projections but wouldn’t be surprised to see him closer to 10%.
