MLB DFS - Opening Night 2020 Weather Strategy

Not only do we have some weather concerns tonight but worst of all they happen to be in Washington where they have a history of postponing games when it doesn’t even RAIN!
Here is a quick breakdown of the rules at the two major sites. Just to double check I verified these with support staff from both sites since this MLB season has some special rules for suspended games.
