What are your thoughts about stacking the 5-round fight in cash games?
h3budda: You have a 5-round main event that is -150 to go to a decision. The weight class is known for a good floor of constant striking or scrambles. It provides a nice floor for stacking on a slate that is very volatile.
Moneyball16: I think this is a pretty easy stack. This one is a -150 favorite to go the full 5 rounds, and based on these fighters’ histories, this fight should be fought at a pretty good pace.
Bward586: We’ve got a lower weight class main event between two fighters who can both land takedowns while striking at an above-average pace. It’s also favored to go the distance and heavily favored (-270) to start the championship rounds. It doesn’t get much clearer of a stack than that.
LiamPicksFights: Normally, I’m not a fan of the 5-round stack, but I can see some merit for it this week. Figgy could bank early rounds and/or secure meaningful offense in terms of knockdowns and back takes to control time. Yan is typically solid on volume, builds over 5 rounds, and is capable of knockdowns and brutal ground-and-pound finishes late.
Which fight are you most likely to avoid and why?
