MMA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for UFC Fight Night: Allen vs. Craig

What are your thoughts about stacking the five-round fight in cash?

eys819: The fight is favored to last less than two rounds, meaning the loser likely has a very low floor. Allen is better than a 4:1 favorite and makes sense as a cash play, although his price is a bit prohibitive. Craig does not offer much win equity and has a significant chance of getting finished in the first round. Play Allen if you have the salary, but Craig is better left for tournaments.

Moneyball16: Compared to most 5-rounders, this is not a good cash fight. It’s lopsided and has tiny odds to go the full 5 rounds. Neither of these fighters are cash locks for me. Allen doesn’t stand out among the stud fighters, and I’d never feel compelled to play a fighter in cash with as low of win odds as Craig.

h3budda: This is a large slate that lacks moneyline underdog value. The total on the main event is just 1.5 rounds, and you would be concerned Craig gets finished early if you stack. Punting with one of these three, Pinheiro, Matthews, or Machado, might be the “safer” route.

What is the fight you are most likely to avoid and why?
