This weekend, we head to Iowa Speedway for the Iowa Corn 350. The race is Sunday at 3:30pm ET on USA. This is only the second time the Cup Series has run here, and this is a different tire than what they used last season. They’ve repaved the bottom two lanes in the corners before the race last season, but it’s already starting to age. There was a tire test here with Kyle Busch, Austin Cindric, and Chase Briscoe. After all the issues with tires last year, I’m hoping we see a difference. They had fewer tire issues in the Xfinity race on Saturday. I’ll be using recent short-flat track data, recent 2025 speed, practice, some high-tire wear data, and a few other things when building lineups this weekend. Practice for Group B had much faster track conditions.
NASCAR DFS Picks: Iowa Corn 350
The stages are 70, 140, and 140, which is a total of 350 laps. We have some interesting stage lengths this weekend, but I think tire wear will come into play more than fuel. With 350 laps, we’re looking at 35 laps led points and 35 laps completed points. We’re looking at 157.7 potential fastest lap points and 87.5 laps led points on DraftKings.
