Happy Father’s Day to all the dads in this group! This weekend, we head to Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez for Viva Mexico 250. The race is Sunday at 3:00pm ET on Prime. Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is a 2.429-mile track with 15 turns. It has the 2nd-longest straightaway these teams will run all season. We saw a lot of Cup drivers struggle in turns 4 and 11 on Friday. Qualifying ended up being 8 minutes shorter because of some rain, and we have a lot of strong cars starting outside the top 20. We saw in the Xfinity race that there is a lot of potential for issues in turns 1 and 4. We should see hard racing in these turns. I’ll be using recent road course data, practice data, 2025 speed, and a few other things when building lineups.
NASCAR DFS Picks: Viva Mexico 250
The stages are 20, 25, and 55, which is a total of 100 laps. I will say that I’m glad we’re getting a long 55 lap stage. With 100 laps, on FanDuel, we’re looking at 10 laps led and 10 laps completed points. We’re looking at 45 potential fastest lap points and 25 laps led points on DraftKings. Assuming we have 4 to 6 cautions, we’re looking at roughly 60ish dominator points.
