This weekend, we head to Richmond Raceway for the eero 250. The race is Saturday at 7:30 PM ET on FS1. Big week for the Truck Series, as it’s the final race of the regular season. Honeycutt +65, Garcia +11, Rhodes -11, and Ruggiero -21 are fighting for the last two spots. I doubt there will be an upset win from speed, but anything can happen. If I had to pick an upset winner, I’d say Tanner Gray or Matt Crafton. Richmond is the third short-flat track race of the season. The Truck Series returned to Richmond in 2020 for the first time since 2005. I’ll be using recent Richmond data, short-flat track data, practice, recent speed data, and a few other things when building lineups this weekend.
NASCAR Truck Series DFS Picks – eero 250
The stages are 70, 70, and 110, which is a total of 250 laps. With 250 laps, we’re looking at 112.5 potential fastest-lap points and 62.5 laps-led points. There have been 4 fall night races and 1 April daytime race since the Trucks returned to Richmond. 3 of the 4 night races have had 3-4 cautions for 25-37 laps.
