This weekend, we head to Dover Motor Speedway for the BetRivers 200. The race is Saturday at 4:30 PM ET on the CW. Dover is a unique 1-mile concrete steep track. The best comp is Dover. If you’re looking for other tracks to comp it to, Bristol is the best comp that’s not Dover. I don’t mind grouping the steep tracks if you’re looking to expand your data. Unlike the Cup Series, they’ve run this tire here since 2022. I’ll be using recent Dover data, practice data, 2025 speed, recent steep-track data, and a few other things when building lineups this weekend. There have been at least 6 cautions in 6 of the last 10 races here. The race winner has started outside the top 10 in 3 of the last 4 races.

The stages are 45, 45, and 110, which is a total of 200 laps. With 200 laps, we’re looking at 90 potential fastest-lap points and 50 laps-led points. Even after cautions, we’re looking at 125-ish dominator points. Last season, we had 1 main dominator and no drivers that started inside the top 10 optimal. This was back-to-back races here with 1 dominator and no drivers starting inside the top 10.
