GENERAL SLATE THOUGHTS

7:36 AM ET: I don’t remember the last time we had a slate this small on a Friday (only 5 games!?), but that is what the NBA schedule is serving for dinner tonight. I kinda already can see myself walking away from the table hungry.

The smaller slate results in us only having one team on the second night of a back-to-back, and thus, the only team we are missing an injury report on: the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs were the focal point of last night’s slate since they 1) were without Donovan Mitchell and Kevin Love (and yes, you too Dylan Windler), and 2) got a great matchup against the Rockets.
