NBA DFS Core Plays LIVE: Monday, December 19th

Andy Means (meansy53) will be bringing Premium subscribers his top NBA DFS plays to build around for the upcoming slate. A former Duke basketball walk-on, Meansy will also give you his thoughts on the slate as a whole from a macro perspective. On weekends, the GPP maestro you all know and love, STLCards, takes the reins.

GENERAL SLATE THOUGHTS

7:05 AM ET: It looks like we have a lot of question marks on tonight’s nine-game slate. Let’s start by diving into what we might expect from the teams who are on the second night of a back-to-back.

Toronto Raptors: The Raptors lost by 16 points at home last night to the Steph Curryless Golden State Warriors, moving them to 13-17 on the season. In that game, they continued to be without all of OG Anunoby, Otto Porter, Gary Trent, and Precious Achiuwa. Trent is the newest addition to the bunch, as he has missed the last two games with a quad(s) injury. It doesn’t sound like he will be back any time soon, so we are assuming he is out tonight (as with the other three guys) unless we hear otherwise. That should be the extent of the injury/rest situations for Toronto unless something random pops up later when they release their injury report.
