NBA DFS Core Plays LIVE: Wednesday, December 21st

Andy Means (meansy53) will be bringing Premium subscribers his top NBA DFS plays to build around for the upcoming slate. A former Duke basketball walk-on, Meansy will also give you his thoughts on the slate as a whole from a macro perspective. On weekends, the GPP maestro you all know and love, STLCards, takes the reins.

GENERAL SLATE THOUGHTS

8:15 AM ET: With no teams playing on Saturday (Christmas Eve), games are awfully loaded up on today’s slate (11 games) and Friday’s slate (14 games). So let’s not waste any time and jump right into all of the teams playing on the second night of a back-to-back.

Detroit Pistons: Hopefully there isn’t a lot to see here. And even if news does randomly pick up later for the Pistons, they are the first game of the night (in Philly, 7:00 PM ET). In last night’s loss at home against Utah, the Pistons continue to be without Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Livers. We know Cade is out for the season, and then Livers is out for at least another few weeks with a shoulder injury. Anything else here for the Pistons would be unexpected, but ya never really know with back-to-backs.
