Andy Means will be bringing Premium subscribers his top daily fantasy basketball cash game plays and tournament pivots to build around. A former Duke basketball walk-on and now full-time DFS player, Andy will take an in-depth look into each of his core plays, and then blend it all together from a roster construction perspective. On weekends, the GPP maestro you all know and love, STLCards, takes the reigns.

To literally no one’s surprise, McCollum continues to rack up loads of fantasy points in the absence of Damian Lillard. So even in a difficult matchup tonight against the Magic, I will continue to look his way in cash games while the FD price tag remains this low. Let’s dive in a bit to see why the salary has still not adjusted enough.

In these last five games since the All Star Break (all of them sans Dame), McCollum has posted a 34.4% usage rate and 38.8% assist rate. As a result, those huge rates have led to him getting 1.33 FD points per minute.

Furthermore, the minutes that Stotts is rolling him out there is another extreme piece of safety for our cash game builds.

February 21st vs. Pelicans: 37.25 minutes; missed the last 2.5 minutes due to garbage time

February 23rd vs. Pistons: 43.25 minutes; played the entire second half
