It’s Sunday, folks, and that means baseball season officially starts this week. If you’re still reading content and playing NBA DFS at this stage of the season, I appreciate you. You’re officially A Real One for that.

We’ve got games scattered throughout the day, but we’re here to discuss the 6-game main slate tipping at 6 PM ET. There’s only one team on the 2nd half of a back-to-back, so maybe the news will be fairly tame. Regardless, let’s strive to finish the season strong, shall we?

The main slates are different between the sites tonight, as DraftKings tacked the late-night OKC-LAC game onto their docket. Let’s dive in.

Grimes of the 76ers

Philadelphia 76ers (at ATL)

The Sixers’ Tanking Tour will continue tonight in Atlanta, where they’re listed as 9.5-point underdogs against the Hawks. Philly’s injury report is a long one, with all of Joel Embiid, Paul George, Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre, Lonnie Walker, and Andre Drummond among those sidelined. The matchup is solid, but the Sixers have been priced appropriately for the most part. Quentin Grimes is certainly the headliner here, as he’s taken on a leading role (31.7% usage, 1.36 FP/minute) in March. I can’t believe we are paying $9,000 for Quentin Grimes, but perhaps what’s more unbelievable is that he’s still playable at that price point. The minutes have been there.

Things get ugly quickly after Grimes, however. Chuma Okeke (0.92 FP/minute) has topped 30 minutes in back-to-back games and started the last one, so he’s a solid sub-$5,000 value. Justin Edwards is the only other Sixer routinely playing 30+ minutes, while Jared Butler (0.88 FP/minute in March) has some potential on his $5,500 FD salary.
