Happy Wednesday!
We had some terrific games last night. Tyrese Haliburton knocked off the Bucks in overtime, while the Pistons were able to stave off elimination with a win in New York. The Celtics closed out the Magic, and the Nuggets picked up a big win at home to take a 3-2 lead in their series against the Clippers.
There are only 2 games on the schedule tonight. The Warriors and Wolves both have a chance to advance to the second round of the playoffs with wins, but they’ll have to do it on the road. The Rockets and Lakers will do everything in their power to force a Game 6.

Team Previews
Golden State Warriors (at HOU)
The Warriors picked up a huge win in Game 4 and now have 3 chances to close out the Rockets. That mission starts with Game 5 in Houston. On paper, the Rockets are a brutal matchup for fantasy production, as they are 6th or better in rebounding rate, points allowed per game, and defensive rating. The Warriors have only averaged 100.5 points per game in this series, which is well below their season average. Their team total is set at 100 points.
Jimmy Butler returned to the lineup in Game 4. He played 49 minutes and scored 45 fantasy points, which is a mark he has reached in each of his last 6 full games. Stephen Curry has been more volatile than Butler and is coming off his worst game of the series. He has a higher ceiling, but I would argue that he has a lower floor as well. I prefer Butler for small-field contests, but you should always get exposure to Curry if you are building multiple lineups in large-field tournaments.
After putting up a bagel in Game 2 and only 21 fantasy points in Game 3, Brandin Podziemski put up 48 fantasy points in Game 3. He projects well, but I do worry about him with this game being in Houston. Buddy Hield started Game 3 and played 30 minutes. If he starts again, he’ll be one of the top values on the board. Quinten Post has averaged 23 minutes and 25 fantasy points over the last 2 games. I do worry with this game being on the road, but he’s only $3,800 on DraftKings. Draymond Green has failed to top 35 fantasy points in 7 straight games. For now, I’ll keep fading him in all formats.
