Happy Wednesday!

Every single team in the association is on the schedule tonight. FanDuel and DraftKings decided to leave the last game off their main slates, which means we have 28 teams to break down. Since every team is in action, every team that played last night is on the second half of a back-to-back, and every team that plays tomorrow night is on the front half of a back-to-back. With so much to cover, let’s dive right into the team previews.

News Updates

1:10 PM ET

A few updates since the team previews. Joel Embiid has officially been ruled out for the Sixers (this was expected). Terry Rozier and Duncan Robinson are listed as questionable for the Heat. Jakob Poeltl has been ruled out for the Raptors, while Immanuel Quickley and RJ Barrett will play.

Team Previews

Paul of the Spurs

San Antonio Spurs (at BOS)

We start with the Spurs, who have a difficult matchup on the road against the Celtics. They come into the game with a team total that is 2 points lower than their season average. They don’t have any players of note on their injury report, which makes them an easy team to avoid on this massive slate. I would only look to Victor Wembanyama if you are building 10 or more lineups.

Boston Celtics (vs. SAS)

The Celtics draw a mediocre matchup against the Spurs and come into the game with a team total that is 3 points higher than their season average. Jrue Holiday is still out, while Jaylen Brown is listed as questionable. If Brown is out again, Jayson Tatum, Derrick White, and Kristaps Porzingis should all see an uptick in usage. Payton Pritchard and Al Horford would both likely see an uptick in minutes.
