Happy Wednesday!

I had a solid slate on Tuesday night. While Ochai Agbaji was a small letdown, locking him into LineupHQ got me onto Kyrie Irving and Karl-Anthony Towns. We’ll look to keep it going with Wednesday’s massive slate. There are 11 games on the schedule—all are included on FanDuel’s main slate, and the first 9 games are included on DraftKings’ main slate. We have 6 teams playing on the second half of a back-to-back (Sixers, Cavaliers, Nets, Raptors, Heat, Bulls) and some trades to work through, so I expect it to be a busy day of injury news.

Let’s dive into the slate!

Team Previews

Garland of the Cavaliers

Cleveland Cavaliers (at DET)

We kick off the slate with the Cavaliers, who are playing on the second half of a back-to-back. We know Dean Wade and Isaac Okoro will be out, but we’ll have to see if any of their stars get the night off in the back-to-back. They have a mediocre matchup against the Pistons and come into the game with a team total that is a point lower than their season average. With everyone currently in the projections, there’s not a single player on the roster with a positive RGValue.

Detroit Pistons (vs. CLE)

The Pistons catch the Cavaliers on the second half of a back-to-back and get to face them at home. This is a pace-up game for the Pistons, and they come into it with a team total that is 2 points higher than their season average. Given the difficult matchup on paper, we can expect Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duren to be low-owned even though they have positive RGValues. They are both strong tournament plays.
