Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

Notorious: Ty Jerome (FD) / Jayson Tatum (DK)

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Notorious: Franz Wagner – Most of the industry has Wagner projected for around 30 minutes tonight, but I think that’s a mistake. He only played 30 minutes in the opener because he picked up 3 quick fouls in the first half. He actually played 22 of the 24 second-half minutes. I think we could see him play closer to 35 minutes tonight. He was great in the preseason, and many expect him to take a big leap forward this season. I also like the idea of picking on the Wolves, who might have one of the worst defenses in the NBA this season.

Dean78904: Tyrese Haliburton – Tyrese looked good in his first game back from a serious injury as he dropped 25 points and 12 assists (20 potential) on opening night. It was also nice to see there wasn’t really a minutes restriction, as he logged 33.5 minutes. Tonight is the Pacers’ home opener, and they have the highest team total (124) on the board as they take on the unimposing Dallas Mavericks. I just don’t think the asking price fully represents Haliburton’s role/matchup.

ncorfield8k: Ivica Zubac – Zubac played 34 minutes in the season opener. If he plays a similar number of minutes tonight, he should have a big night against Daniel Gafford. It’s the 6th-best matchup for a Post Big in our Defense vs. Archetype tool. The Mavericks ranked 25th in rebound rate over their last 15 games last season, and they rank 25th after 1 game this season. Zubac has big double-double potential here.
