NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Monday, December 30

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

Notorious: Miles Bridges
headChopper: Miles Bridges
ncorfield8k: Miles Bridges

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I prefer small-field tournaments. Even though they will be popular, I am going to be overweight on the Hornets. They are expected to be without LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Grant Williams, Cody Martin, and Tre Mann. Despite all of those key injuries, they still have a team total that is 4 points higher than their season average thanks to a matchup against the Bulls.

headChopper: I’m playing 3 lineups in mid-stakes GPPs with fewer than 1,000 total entries. With the current lack of reliable value plays, I’m leaning toward a balanced lineup build. There’s no one under $4,000 on DK that I feel comfortable with right now, so unless injuries open up value later, I’ll be focusing on the mid-range options for my lineups.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – There are two very chalky games right at lock, and three games that start three hours later. There are several impactful players with Q tags in the later games. As usual, I’ll be holding some spots for the late games with late swap opportunities in mind.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
