What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: I like this slate for multi-entry, larger-field GPPs. While 3 of the 4 games on this slate have double-digit point spreads, the smallest spread (LAL-NOP) is still a healthy 7-point margin. I think game stacking has more merit than usual given the blowout risk. If you happen to nail the one game that stays closer than expected, there’s obvious payoff potential. UTA-SAC is the game I like the most from a stacking standpoint.
Krayton: I like the single-entry contests on the smaller slates, and I will be looking to get quite a bit of exposure to the UTA/SAC game. I also like getting tournament exposure to lower-owned studs such as Victor Wembanyama and Anthony Davis.
ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – There are strong plays in every price range today, but I suspect my lineups will mostly be stars and scrubs. On a shorter slate with a lot of blowout risk, I think game stacking with 5-7 players from a single game makes more sense than usual. That will be an approach I take with my hand-built lineups.
TJ Zwarych: DraftKings has recently increased their prize pools for their smaller 20-entry max and 150-entry mini contests, so that has led to me playing a lot more lineups than I had earlier in the season. It allows me to take more shots on low-owned options with high ceilings. The players who fit that mold for me are Victor Wembanyama, Anthony Davis, Lebron James, and Brandon Boston.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
