What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
tcsmith031: This is another fun GPP slate, so I’ll play some 20-max and single-entry contests. It looks like we’ll have plenty of cheap value available, but lots of ownership will flock to LaMelo Ball and the mid-range Memphis stars. Going with a true stars-and-scrubs build with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, and/or the Lakers superstars may not be a super popular approach.
ncorfield8k: Large-field GPPs – On Saturdays, even more than other days, late swapping is a huge advantage. Much of the field is too busy on Saturday nights to pay close attention to news that may only have small impacts on projections, but every little bit of edge is important in NBA DFS. I’ll be paying attention to any injury news or changes to starting lineups. And of course, as usual, I’ll exploit finding places where players are projected to be higher or lower owned than they should be due to base projections not accurately accounting for ranges of outcomes.
TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 150 lineups tonight, with Memphis and Houston players being my main targets. I’ll look to be underweight on Charlotte players. They are in a tough matchup, and although all of them are projecting well from a median fantasy points perspective, they are also projecting for a lot of ownership.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

About the Author
Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
