What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

tcsmith031: I think this is a great slate, so I’ll play both single- and multi-entry tournaments. This is a particularly stacked slate at center, though it looks like we could see concentrated ownership around a few of them, including Robert Williams, Alperen Sengun, and Dario Saric. I’m planning to spread my exposure around to some of the alternatives, including Evan Mobley and Karl-Anthony Towns if he plays.

Krayton: We are getting a great slate for a Sunday, and I will be concentrating on single-entry and 3-entry max builds today. With guys like Robert Williams projected to be very popular at center, I will be looking to get overweight on high upside centers like Alperen Sengun and Karl-Anthony Towns (if he plays), as this is a position where I think we can get some great leverage off of some of the cheaper centers that are popping, especially on FD. On DK, Robert Williams is someone I will be locking in, and I like getting to double-center builds on that site.

TJ Zwarych: We have all the value in the world tonight, so I want to be overweight on all the low-owned spend ups in MME while keeping the same core of value plays. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is my favorite option to spend up for, but I’ll be overweight on Luka Doncic (if he plays), Trae Young, and Lamelo Ball as well.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
