What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I’m planning on making one lineup and entering it into small-field tournaments. The Jazz are expected to rest a bunch of players and are playing in the final game of the slate. On top of that, they are facing the Clippers, who are my favorite team to target. I want to leave as many roster spots open as possible in order to give myself some flexibility for that final game.

headChopper: I’m making just one lineup tonight and entering it in single-entry, 3-max, and 5-max contests for the most part. Everything is subject to change with late news, but right now, I’m fully fading Houston and Sacramento. With so much injury-related value opening up, I don’t want to waste roster spots on guys from healthy teams playing injury-riddled opponents. Given the potential value by tip-off, I think a build featuring the three highest-projected players could be very viable.

Dean78904: I mostly focus on single-entry and smaller-field contests. As I’m writing this, no teams have submitted an injury report, as literally every team on the slate is playing the back half of a back-to-back on the last day before the All-Star Break. Whatever the base level range of outcomes there are on a given slate, I believe it is broader tonight than on almost every other night. Translation: I am more willing to lean into my inner Ricky Bobby and go against chalk / projections and take bigger contrarian swings on tonight’s slate.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
