Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I prefer small-field and single-entry contests. With Kevin Durant and Damian Lillard out, I want as much exposure to the Suns and Bucks as possible. Despite each team missing a top scorer, they both have team totals above 115 points. I’m not overthinking this slate. I’ll be overweight on the teams in good matchups that are each missing a top scorer.

headChopper: I’m entering multiple lineups in large-field GPPs and plan to be overweight on Phoenix players. My preferred spend-up option is Giannis Antetokounmpo, so I’ll be locking him in and fading Luka Doncic, Jayson Tatum, Joel Embiid, and other high-dollar, high-projected stars.

Stevietpfl: I think the NBA Cup, aka the in-season tournament, is a great way to get meaningful games in November. This is my favorite time to play NBA DFS. With the number of meaningful players out, it’s hard to ignore the stars and scrubs builds. There is so much upside with that build. In my single-entry and 3-entry max builds, I will run that type of build.

tcsmith031: I like this slate for large-field, multi-entry GPPs. The Hawks are understandably popping in projections given their injuries, but it’s also hard to overlook that they’re 15-point underdogs in a brutal matchup at Boston. I won’t be fading Jalen Johnson or Dyson Daniels completely, but I aim to come in under the field, considering they’re projecting to be quite popular.
