NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Wednesday, January 22

Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Notorious: I prefer small-field tournaments. My plan of attack is to be overweight on three players in particular — LaMelo Ball, Onyeka Okongwu, and Jarrett Allen. The Hornets are shorthanded, Okongwu has averaged 43 fantasy points in his 4 games, and Allen should benefit with Evan Mobley out.

Dean78904: I mostly focus on single-entry and smaller-field tournaments. My current plan is to make mini game stacks with potentially more than one in the same lineup. DET/ATL is probably my favorite game on the board, with Trae Young and Cade Cunningham being my top big spends, while Jalen Duren and Onyeka Okongwu are my mid-tier targets. After DET/ATL, CHA/MEM is my second favorite game.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – There are some really appealing games, and some with large spreads. I’ll play a lot of large game stacks with 5 or 6 players from a single game.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
