NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Wednesday, November 4
Who is your favorite player to spend up for in cash games?
tcsmith031: Karl-Anthony Towns
Dean78904: Karl-Anthony Towns
ncorfield8k: Karl-Anthony Towns
Who is your favorite contrarian play (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
tcsmith031: Cameron Boozer – His salary keeps rising, but likely not quickly enough. Boozer and the Grizzlies have benefited from several soft matchups to begin the season, and that’ll continue tonight when they take on a Pacers team coming into this one ranked 22nd in defensive efficiency. Boozer has been consistently productive (1.21 FP/minute) despite not shooting particularly well, and he’s projected to fly completely under the radar from a pOWN% standpoint.
Dean78904: Caleb Wilson – Wilson has fully justified being a top-5 draft pick, averaging 1.2 fantasy points per minute while leading Chicago in usage (27.07%). Wilson dropped 40+ fantasy points on the Knicks a week ago, and he should benefit from the feisty Josh Hart being ruled out. In theory, I have a little bit of blowout concern, but Wilson has played at least 31 minutes in every game, including deep into blowouts, despite the Bulls losing games by up to 43. If I roster Wilson, I will almost definitely run it back with multiple Knicks.
ncorfield8k: Zion Williamson – Williamson played 35 minutes 2 days ago, showing that he can handle a substantial workload in competitive games. The Pelicans are favored by just 5.5 tonight, so he could see big minutes again. And it’s a great matchup with the Jazz, who rank 12th in pace and 24th in defensive rating. It’s the best matchup for a high-usage Versatile Forward in our NBA matchup tool.
