A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and Noto will mix it up in all different types of contests. On weekends, Taylor Smith will guide you through those NBA streets. So, who better to walk you through the madness of an NBA DFS slate? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.

Well, we made it. Today is the last day of the NBA’s regular season, and all 30 teams are in action for the 2nd time in the last 3 days. However, not every game starts at the same time, which means we have completely different slates on DraftKings and FanDuel. The DK main slate is a 7-gamer starting at 1 PM ET. FD decided to make their main slate an 8-gamer including the games that tip at 3:30 ET. I assume they did this just to be annoying, but I suppose we’ll never know the real reason.

Anyway, it’s going to be a mess. Quite a few teams still have something to play for today, while several others are playing out the string. I’ll do my best to identify the teams that’ll be motivated to play their regulars and those that could rest some guys and open up cheap value.

News Updates

Here’s where I’ll update for news.

Team Previews

Toronto Raptors (at MIA): The Raptors have nothing on the line today, and they’re massive 15.5-point underdogs in Miami. Immanuel Quickley, Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, Jontay Porter, and Chris Boucher are still out.

Miami Heat (vs. TOR): The Heat still have a chance to climb out of the Play-In Tournament, but they’d be the No. 8 seed and face a matchup against No. 7 Philly in the PIT if the standings stayed the way they are now. Terry Rozier and Josh Richardson are out, while Duncan Robinson is questionable. This is a terrific matchup, so Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler are both standouts on this slate.

Charlotte Hornets (at CLE): The Hornets were eliminated from postseason contention before the season even began, and they’re 13-point underdogs in Cleveland today. To make matters dumber, all of Miles Bridges, Brandon Miller, Grant Williams, Nick Richards, and Davis Bertans are questionable, while LaMelo Ball, Cody Martin, Mark Williams, and Seth Curry remain out. We’ll probably have some value here assuming they decide to sit some of the questionable players… sadly.
