Core Plays LIVE: NBA DFS Picks for Sunday, March 15th

A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career. On weekends, Taylor Smith takes over. So, who better to walk you through the madness of NBA DFS slates on DraftKings and FanDuel? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best plays, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.
Happy Sunday! Because nothing is ever easy, FanDuel and DraftKings have completely different main slates on this fine Sunday. FanDuel’s main docket is a 4-gamer starting extra early at 3:30 PM ET. DK, meanwhile, is rolling with a 3-gamer starting at 6 PM ET. The two slates share just one game – Blazers/Sixers – in an attempt to make our jobs as annoying as possible. Credit where is due: Mission accomplished.
There is a Crunch Time today, and it’ll be about an hour before the DK slate lock at 5:15 ET. Off we go.

Team Previews

Indiana Pacers (at MIL)
We’ll tip things off with the Pacers, who are in Milwaukee today to face the Bucks in the first game of the FD window. Indiana has done a masterful job in the Tank Wars, and they haven’t won a single game since the All-Star break, which was a month ago. That’s a 12-game losing streak, folks. They’re only 7.5-point underdogs in this one, and they have a ton of names on the injury report. Pascal Siakam is doubtful, while Andrew Nembhard, Ivica Zubac, T.J. McConnell, Aaron Nesmith, Ben Sheppard, Obi Toppin, and Quenton Jackson are all questionable. Pretty dumb!
Obviously, there isn’t much to say at this point with 80% of the team on the fence about playing. There will likely be some value available here once the injury report updates, and I’ll give my thoughts in the News Updates section when we get some clarity.
